Brian Has an A.A.S degree in construction management with more than 30 years in commercial and industrial property management services. With JEBCON, as in all facets of his life, Brian works hard to create an atmosphere of professionalism, reliability, communication, and integrity.

Brian began his career in the commercial real estate industry during the mid-90's. Starting out as an electrician helper in the early 90’s transitioning to commercial building maintenance at what was then the Adam’s Mark Hotel, now the Blake Hotel in Charlotte. Years of dedication, hard work, and excellence working for several property management companies in Charlotte paved the way to becoming Chief Engineer, and further to Construction Project Manager. After decades of experience on the job working for property owners and management companies Brian made the decision to start JEBCON LLC in 2017 as a commercial General Contractor. JEBCON acquired a small service company in 2023 to better serve clients by expanding from just interior upfits, renovations, and Racking installations to offer property maintenance services.

When not working Brian and his wife Jennifer are busy with chores and the never-ending list of things to do on their small hobby farm in SC tending to chickens, turkeys, a small heard of heritage Florida Cracker cows, an ornery mare and a goofy donkey named Elvis.
