WHO IS
JEBCON LLC
Formed in 2017, JEBCON LLC is a licensed North and South Carolina General Contractor. We specialize in office/industrial up fits & renovations as well as warehouse high pile racking & shelving. Our goal is to produce work that our clients will love and create workspaces that perfectly fit their needs. In 2023 JEBCON expanded from just up fit/renovations and Racking installation, acquiring a service company to better serve our clients, by offering facility services to our client base. JEBCON is currently in the process of applying for and receiving a NC Unlimited Electrical License and expects this to be wrapped up by early Q1 2026!
We work directly with property owners, tenants, and our design team for a turnkey client experience with seamless communication, budgeting, design, permitting, on-site organization and installation for a solid, quality product every time. JEBCON strives to offer a level of service to landlords, property managers and buildings owners that is above the rest. Please reach out to us now for your next project!

Brian started his career in commercial real estate in the early 1990s as an electrician helper, transitioning to commercial building maintenance at what was then the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Charlotte, finally landing at several commercial property management firms. Years of dedication, hard work, and excellence paved the way to becoming Chief Engineer, and further to Construction & Project Manager. With two decades of experience working for property owners and management companies Brian made the leap and started JEBCON LLC, a NC & SC licensed commercial general contractor.
When not working Brian and his wife Jennifer are busy with chores and the never-ending list of things to do on their small hobby farm in SC. Tending to chickens, turkeys, a small herd of heritage Florida Cracker cows, our ornery mare Balora, gelding Waylon and Elvis our goofy donkey.
Lillian (Lilly) Wagener
Operations Coordinator
Lilly received an A.A.S. degree in business management, graduating in 2023. Lilly started her career working with elementary students in after school care while she was still in high school before transitioning to service and customer relations with a local fitness chain and most recently service coordinator with a large auto dealer in Fort Mill before coming to JEBCON full-time. Lilly brings a positive and cheerful presence to JEBCON and how we operate!
