Founded in January of 2017 by Brian Wagener, JEBCON LLC is a licensed general contractor in North and South Carolina. We specialize in office/industrial upfits & renovations as well as warehouse high pile racking & shelving. Our goal is to produce work that our clients will love and create work spaces that perfectly fit their company's needs.
Working with property owners, tenants and our design team, our turn key client experience includes seamless communication, budgeting, design, permitting, on-site organization and installation for a solid, quality product every time. Brian Has an A.A.S degree in construction management with more than 20 years in commercial and industrial property management services. With JEBCON, as in all facets of his life, Brian works hard to create an atmosphere of professionalism, reliability, communication and integrity.
Brian began his career in the commercial real estate industry during the mid 90's in Charlotte, North Carolina. His journey began with a job in commercial facility property maintenance, specializing in HVAC. Years of dedication, hard work, and excellence paved his way to the position of Chief Engineer, and further to Construction Project Manager. After decades of experience under his belt, his dream and professional goal of owning his own company was realized with the founding of JEBCON LLC.
